Trauma is a result of a myriad of experiences throughout one’s journey in life and affects all aspects of one’s health and functionality. Every experience is valid and relevant to an individual and will expand into one’s community if unaddressed. Anything that upsets the emotional equilibrium needs to be recognized and put into perspective post an experience.
